This is my new creation! A delicious mix of almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds and the loving sweet and bitter taste of raw cacao. This nutritional value of this slice is just amazing. It has high easily digested protein content, good fats and everything you need to keep your cardiovascular system, your brain and skin in top shape!
Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s essential fatty acids, lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidants qualities. Flaxseed contains 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. Hemp Seeds are one of nature’s miracles – what we call a “Super Food”. A complete protein, hemp seeds have the most concentrated balance of proteins, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes combined with almost zero sugar, starches and saturated fats. They contain Omega 3 & 6, Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), antioxidants, amino acids, fiber, iron, zinc, carotene, phospholipids, phytosterols, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin D, vitamin E, chlorophyll, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, copper…They have the reputation of helping with weight loss, increasing energy, fast recovery from disease or injury, reducing inflammation, boosting immune system…. Almonds, in addition to healthy fats and vitamin E, brings magnesium and potassium, vital to the good function of our organs and muscles.
In short, this slice is delicious and great for your health. A No guilt treat!

2/Line a cake tin with baking paper. Press the mixture firmly into the cake tin and place in the fridge. An hour later or next day prepare the cacao cover.
3/ Slowly melt cacao butter, combine with your choice of syrup and mix carefully. Add cacao until smooth and well combined. Pour the chocolate over your slice and use the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges.
Place in the fridge for several hours to set.
