½ cup Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup Hempseeds
3 tablespoons Coconut oil or cacao butter

1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup (or a bit less if you like your caco bitter) coconut syrup

1. Place all base ingredients in food processor and blend on high until the nuts are finely ground.
2. Press firmly in a tin and put in fridge for few hours or overnight.
3. Prepare topping, place coconut oil in a bowl over some hot water, until it is melted. Add cacco and coconut syrup. Mix well. When ready pour on base and sprinkle Goji berries on top.
4.Place in freezer or fridge until ready to serve (it is also easier to cut these when they are very cold). Store in an airtight container.
