Ready in a blink and packed with beneficial nutrients
I am in love with Belo Sea Moss. I have some every morning and I started to add them to different recipes including smoothies. This Berry and Sea Moss smoothie is packed with antioxidants and plant-based protein. If you use fresh berries, keep some to decorate and choose organic. I use frozen organic berries. Blueberries and raspberries are my favourite.
Tip: I often double the quantities and keep a smoothie in the fridge when I need extra energy between treatments or after Pilates.
Ingredients 
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen
- ½ ripe banana
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
- 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (approximately 20–25 g protein) I buy Amazonia Raw
- 2 Tbsp Belo Mixed Berries Sea Moss Gel
Preparation
- Pit dates and rinse berries (if fresh).
- Blend: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Adjust: Add extra plant based milk for a thinner texture.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass, or in a bowl if you prefer eating with a spoon and top with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds
- Enjoy right away for maximum freshness
