A perfect combination and voluptuous experience

I  love creating new recipe and playing with my favourite ingredients. Young Living Culinary Essential Oils have given a new dimension to my inspiration and it has been so far extremely satisfying!

Food is an important part of our life. We prepare it, share it and enjoy it. Food can be an amazing support to our health and wellbeing or contribute to disease. The fast pace of life has damaged this tradition of making of our meals ‘time a moment to relax, share our experiences and celebrate life. People shop in supermarket where fresh products have lost their vibrance, everything is packed and tasteless and children don’t participate enough in the choice and preparation of food …

Time for change! Looking at young kids eating straight from our tomato

bush is a positive sign!
