The third eye, Ajna in Sanskrit is an important bridge to connect the physical and metaphysical dimensions and develop a higher consciousness. It is associated with the colour indigo and the pineal gland. It is often called the seat of consciousness or the gateway to the soul.
When you third eye is activated, you see the world clearly, free of illusion. You experience clarity, focus, inner knowledge, inspiration, imagination.
You start developing psychic abilities and a feeling of expansion.
Ultimately you feel at one with universe.
If your Ajna is blocked, you feel lost, disconnected from the spiritual plane. You have difficulty accessing your intuition and might experience mental fogginess and dizziness.

What to do to?
