I love delicious treats that are “good” for us!

Ingredients for 12 to 14 Bliss Balls

·      2 cup ground almonds

·      2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

·      3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

·      ½ cup Coconut nectar or Yacon

·      ½ cup soaked Goji berries without the water

·      4 fresh Medjool dates, pitted

·      2 drops Cardamom essential oil

·      1 drop Cinnamon bark Essential oil

·      1 pinch of salt

·      Cocoa Dust or shredded Coconut

Place all ingredients in your blender. Form into balls and roll them up in shredded coconut or Cocoa Dust. Keep in Fridge.
