Alive and Shining All Your Life

Many people, much younger than me, always ask me where I find the energy to do everything I do.
The answer doesn’t come from one thing in particular. I think that what supports me on all levels is the choice of a conscious lifestyle that makes me happy, and a profound desire and satisfaction to help others.

Ageing Gracefully & Happily? I think age actually doesn’t matter, but happiness, motivation and health do. I’ve been trying to list the main rituals and tools that are part of my daily life and I know make a big difference.

Here there are! I hope they might inspire you and support you as they support me.

Ageing Gracefully & Happily in 11 Steps!

Number 1: Daily self-Reiki (energy healing + 5 precepts to be as positive as possible whatever happens)

Number 2: Dry brushing & self massage with a selection of Young Living essential oils

Number 3: Every thing is organic! Food, cleaning products, shampoo, facial care etc…
Yes, it’s a bit more expensive but there are ways to buy at a better price. And health is priceless 😊

Number 4: Lemon water to start the day followed by 1 shot of Ningxia Red juice + 2 Sulfurzyme.

Number 5: Regular Infrared sauna and 3 Day Fast 2 or 3 times a year (next one early October- join me!)Add Sulfur to Your Life

Number 6: My joy and passion is to support others and I love all the modalities I learnt, practice & teach.

Number 7: My love for Nature, my garden, growing food, forest, beach…seeing beauty everywhere!

Number 8: Lots of Yoga (4 to 5 times a week in the studio + daily short practice), weekly Reformer, Gym with a coach, walks with friends, gardening. Never miss an opportunity to move!

Number 9: Sharing and expressing love. I never miss an opportunity to catch up with my amazing daughters, friends and to celebrate life every day.

Number 10: Our Living Inspired’s wonderful community and our gatherings feels my heart with joy. I love welcoming people and holding space for each to be at ease and supported.

Number 11: My creativity is a big part of my life wherever I write, prepare workshops, paint, create recipes, creativity sparks joy and excitement!

So ageing healthily, gracefully and happily isn’t a quick fix or a miracle. It’s a combination of many things. It starts by being at peace with the past and feeling in your power with confidence and humility.

Where to start? Here are some questions that might help you to make a plan.

Take a notebook and answer honestly to these questions. Make a list and later write numbers to indicate your priorities.

  •  Are you satisfied with your health, your overall energy, your emotional state?
  • Do you still carry pain and traumas from the past?
  • Do you need to change some habits? Prepare healthier food?
  • Is it time to plan a detox?
  • Do you have a daily practice that supports you?
  • Do you wake up with joy and motivation?

Listen to your “calling”, it’s a great opportunity to take responsibility for your life and commit to implement change.
No one can do this for you.
